Who is responsible for your data

Zhoukou Lesiqi Food Co., Ltd. (“LUSKY CANDY”, “we”, “us”), Anling Town, Huaiyang District, Zhoukou, Henan, China, is the controller of the personal data described below.

What we collect

When you send the quotation form on our website, we receive:

• your name, company name, country and email address;
• the product category, quantity range and the message you write;
• technical data recorded automatically by our server: IP address and browser user agent.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this website.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation — processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To protect the form against spam and abuse — our legitimate interest in keeping the service available (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who can see it

Only our export sales team. We do not sell, rent or trade your data. It is not shared with third parties except:

• our business email provider, which transmits and stores the messages;
• authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from our last contact with you, then deleted. If an enquiry becomes a business relationship, the related records are kept as long as commercial and tax law requires.

Where it is stored

The website and the enquiry records are hosted on a server located in Hong Kong. Email correspondence is stored with our business email provider.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies. We store a single value in your browser’s local storage to remember the language you selected. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings; the site will then start in English.

Your rights

You may ask us to:

• confirm what data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete your data;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• receive your data in a portable format.
